what flippers are the best?
Hi 
I'm about to buy a pair of scuba diving flippers, but I have no idea which ones to buy. I'm only swimming in a pool now cos it's winter but in the summer I'll be using them outside all the time. I'm looking for speed! Which ones out of all of these do you recommend?

If you're looking for speed when the current is mild, split fins are excellent. In a medium to strong current, however, you have to do much more work.
As for which type, you really need to try them. If you have friends who use different fins, ask to borrow them for 15 minutes.
I've done over a thousand scuba dives, and the only fins I've ever used are Scuba Pro (split fin).
