how do you breath in a human hamster ball?

but what about carbon dioxide? ok so you have carbon dioxide your breithing in along with that oxygen ok? and ur in a closed in space i still dont get how it is possable to breath in one of these things can you PLZ explain that? if their r no holes, you are breithing in oxygen and breathing out carbon dioxide and also could you blow one up with an air blower for an air matress? thank you so much!
