I'm Vegetarian and my dad said I have to "at least" eat fish. He won't listen. What can I do?
I make sure I get Omega 3, Iron, B12, Calcium etc in my diet from other food sources as well as some supplements. My dad recently returned from a long business trip and found out I had become Vegetarian for the last 4 1/2 months. He allowed it, but now he said I "have to" eat fish and started yelling at me. I've mainly become Vegetarian for ethical reasons (as well as health). I feel bad to eat fish. What can I do? How can I tell him that I don't need fish, and can get the same nutrients elsewhere?

Well he can't exactly MAKE you eat something you don't want to eat. However blatant refusal rather than reaching a compromise/mutual understanding probably isn't the best idea.
Show him some sources of nutrition that covers the nutrition in fish, this list may also help. These are all folks over the past 3000 years (mostly modern people) who have lived on vegetarian/vegan diets
