Should I continue with swimming lessons if I already know how to swim?
I can freestyle swim, tread water, float on my back, dive and I can also swim with my head out of the water. I'm not great at swimming and I also fear deep water. My intructor has been forcing me to swim one lap but I just can't do it. I'll only swim half way and stop because I know I can stand. It's difficult for me to swim the other half but I do it, only slowly, I'm always stopping and going and stopping and going haha So what's your advice for me, because I have to swim for school this year.
if you can't swim one lap then you can't swim.
